Rates do not include taxes and fees, subject to change. Current occupancy tax of 16.0%. Facility fee of $10.00 + tax per night.
Rates offered 3 days before and after group dates, subject to hotel availability.
Triple/Quad Occupancy: Additional $10.00 per person, per night.
Rates include complimentary basic WiFi access in guestrooms.
Holiday Inn Portland has the following cancellation policy -
Reservations may be canceled with no penalty with up to three (3) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation within less than three (3) days will result in a charge of one night room and tax.
Early check out will be charged $50 per cancelled night. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm.
Hotel check-out time is 11:00am.
All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Self-parking is provided complimentary for all hotel guests on a space available basis. There is ample parking at this location.
Neither the hotel nor the ITA Showcase assumes any responsibility for loss or damage to materials and/or equipment left in function rooms. It is advised that all belongings be taken out of meeting rooms at the conclusion of the event.
