Conference Code of Conduct
Purpose

Our goal is to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior at the conference to ensure that everyone can engage in a safe and supportive setting.

Expected Behavior
  1. Respectful Interaction: Treat all participants with respect and consideration, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.
  2. Professionalism: Engage in professional behavior in all interactions, including sessions, networking events, and online forums.
  3. Inclusivity: Actively support and include individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities, ensuring accessibility and equal participation.
  4. Constructive Feedback: Provide and receive feedback in a constructive, respectful manner.
Unacceptable Behavior
  1. Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment, discrimination, or bullying, is strictly prohibited.
  2. Disruption: Any behavior that disrupts the conference experience for others, including excessive disruptions during sessions or networking events, is not allowed.
  3. Inappropriate Language or Behavior: Use of derogatory language or inappropriate behavior that could be seen as offensive or disrespectful is not tolerated.
Reporting and Enforcement
  1. Reporting: If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the ITA organizers immediately. Reports can be made at the registration booth or any ITA board member.
  2. Investigation: All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.
  3. Consequences: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in actions ranging from a warning to expulsion from the showcase, depending on the severity of the behavior.
Additional Notes

To preserve the integrity and to ensure the value of exhibit space, Non-exhibiting suppliers or vendors of goods and services are prohibited from handing out promotional materials and selling within the showcase floor or outside exhibits. if not registered to do so.  Non-Exhibiting vendors may participate in any/all seminars and workshops. However, non-exhibiting and non-sponsoring organizations will not be permitted to solicit business within the showcase floor or the outside exhibits.
